This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between:

Terms and Conditions:

Membership Enrollment: Upon successful payment of the membership fee, you will become a member of the Modern Life DDW Multi-Level Membership Program.

Non-Refundable: You acknowledge that the membership fee is non-refundable. You understand that once the payment is made, it is final, and no refunds or reimbursements will be provided.

Severability:

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to render it enforceable without losing its intent, or, if no such modification is possible, the provision shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
